Via our app:
- Make sure you have the most recent version of the Zip app downloaded on your phone.
- Please click here if you haven’t updated your app.
- Uninstall and re-download the Zip app on your device.
Via our website:
Please sign in directly here.
If this doesn’t work, please try a different browser (we recommend using Google Chrome).
- Try using a private browser or incognito window. If you are not sure how to do so, you can find instructions here.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache, if you are not sure how to do this, click here for instructions.
- Try using a different device.
If you are not receiving an SMS code:
Make sure you do not have the ‘Zip AU’ contact blocked on your device.
To keep your account secure, we can only send the SMS code to your registered mobile number. We’re unable to send this code via email or any other method.
If you no longer have access to the mobile number linked to your account, you’ll need to update it before you can log in. Click here here for more information on how to do so.
