Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, simply select 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page.
You will then be prompted to provide the email address you signed up with, once entered select 'Send password reset' as shown in the example below:
A password reset link will be sent to the email address on file, simply enter your new password and re-enter to confirm.
Haven't received the password reset link?
- Check your junk/spam folders for the email.
- If you have unsubscribed from our emails, you may not receive the password reset link. Please check your email settings, go into your 'unsubscribe list,' and remove hello@zip.co from that list.
- Invalid email address: if you need to update your email address please submit a request here.
