In the event that you are unable to log in because you do not have access to the 6-digit SMS code or the mobile number associated with your Zip account, you may be able to update your mobile number at the log-in stage via our Zip app or using a mobile browser.
Please enter your email and password into the Zip app or on a browser using your mobile device and tap the 'not your number' prompt on the below screen, where you are asked to input a ‘6-digit code’, please see below:
You will then be prompted to input your new mobile number and complete a verification step.
