Zip values our customer security, that's why as an additional security measure, when you access your account via a new device or internet browser a 6 digit SMS code will be sent to the mobile number registered to your account. You will be required to enter this 6 digit SMS code to proceed.
What if your mobile number has recently changed?
The mobile number can be updated via your Zip app by clicking here for Zip Pay or here for Zip Money.
Alternatively, you may be able to update your mobile number when logging in via a web browser, through your smartphone or a compatible device.
1. If this option is available to you, click on:
"Not your phone number? Update your details here"
You will be required to enter the 6 digit SMS code sent to your new phone.
2. Once the SMS code is verified you will be asked to complete an ID verification check.

If successful, you will then be prompted to "Sign In", if you are not eligible to update your details through the web browser or app please submit a request here.
