- Make sure you have the most recent version of the Zip App downloaded on your phone.
- Please click here if you haven’t updated your app.
- Uninstall and re-download the Zip App on your device.
Via our website:
Please sign in directly here.
If this doesn’t work, please try a different browser (we recommend using Google Chrome).
- Try using a private browser or incognito window. If you are not sure how to do so, you can find instructions here.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache, if you are not sure how to do this, click here for instructions.
- Try using a different device.
If you are not receiving an SMS code:
- Make sure you do not have ‘Zip AU contact’ blocked on your device.
