To refund a Zip order follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard
- Click ‘Order Search’
- Locate the order under the ‘Completed’ tab, or by using the search bar.
- Click ‘Actions’ and ‘Refund’, input the amount to be refunded and include any notes needed.
- Click ‘Refund Order’.
The amount will instantly be released back into the customers’ Zip account available balance. You can now locate this order under the ‘refunded’ tab.
Note: if you do not see the option to refund under the actions tab, you may not have the access level required. In this circumstance, please contact your Store Manager or Head Office.
