To complete a Zip order follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Zip Merchant Dashboard
- Click ‘Order Search’
- Locate the order under the ‘Authorised’ tab, or by using the search bar.
- Click ‘Actions’ and ‘Complete’, and input the amount to be processed.
- Click ‘Complete Order’. Please note that if you are not completing the full amount, you will need to go back to cancel the remaining amount.
This order will now show as completed on the customers account and their interest-free period will begin. The order can now be found on your dashboard under ‘completed' or ‘partially completed’.
Any uncaptured Zip orders will expire after 3 or 9 months, based on the Zip product used during authorisation. Click here to learn more.
