At Zip, we value customer security that's why when you access your account via a new device or internet browser a 6 digit SMS code will be sent to the mobile number on file.
You will be prompted to enter this 6 digit SMS code to proceed.
This is commonly known as 2-factor authentication and is an additional login step to ensure the security of your account.
What if your mobile number has recently changed?
The mobile number can be updated via the Zip app by clicking here for Zip Pay or here for Zip Money.
Alternatively, you may be able to update your mobile number when logging in via the web wallet, through your smartphone or a compatible device.
1. If this option is available to you, click on:
"Not your phone number? Update your details here"
You will be prompted to enter the 6 digit SMS code sent to your new phone.
2. Once the SMS code is verified you will be required to complete an ID verification check.

If successful, you will then be prompted to "Sign In", if you are not eligible to update your details through the web wallet or app please submit a request here.
