Once you have completed your application and it has been approved, you then need to activate your account by accepting the T&Cs. To activate follow these steps:
- Visit here, enter your mobile number and follow the prompts.
- Link a valid payment method to your Zip account.
- Please carefully read and accept your contract and T&Cs.

- Zip accounts are individual accounts only; we therefore do not support joint accounts. For this reason, it is a requirement that your Zip application is completed using your personal details only, without any mismatching information (e.g. your partner's email address or phone number). Any Zip account holder is solely liable for their repayments. When submitting an application, please ensure to only include your own income and your personal share of expenses.
