How do I increase my Zip Pay credit limit?

To increase your Zip Pay credit limit, or to check if you are eligible for an increase on your account, please follow these instructions:

In your Zip app:

1. Open the 'home tab' and tap the 'profile icon' in the top right-hand corner .
2. Tap 'Manage Zip Pay account'.
3. Tap 'Credit limit'.
4. If you are eligible follow the on-screen instructions.

Via the Zip website:

1. Login via Zip.co and select your Zip Pay account.
2. Click the 'menu icon' in the top left-hand corner .
3. Click 'Account limit increase'.
4. Follow on-screen instructions if you are eligible.

What if I am not eligible for a Zip Pay credit limit increase?

We frequently review eligibility for an increase, you will receive an in-app notification or email confirmation if, and when, you are eligible. A strong repayment history will be beneficial to your assessment.
