How do I increase my Zip Plus credit limit?
You may see an invitation to increase your credit limit on the Zip App homepage. If not, you can navigate to your profile to check your eligibility.
Here’s how:
In the app
- Log in to the Zip app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select 'Manage Zip Plus account' and then tap 'Limit increase'.
- Choose your preferred amount and follow the steps to submit your application. We’ll review your request and get back to you shortly with a decision.
On the website
- Log in to the website
- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- Select ‘Limit increase’ from the menu options.
- Choose your preferred amount and follow the steps to submit your application. We’ll review your request and get back to you shortly with a decision.
Eligibility
If you do not have the option to increase your credit limit on your Zip Plus account, you are considered ineligible for an increase at this time.
The option to request an increase may be available if you meet the following criteria:
- Your account has been active for longer than 6 months since your first transaction.
- You've made consistent repayments to your Zip Plus account for more than 6 months.
- Your Zip Plus account is up-to-date and not overdue.
- You haven’t requested a credit limit increase within the last 6 months.
