Yes, you may increase your Zip Pay credit limit if you are not already at the maximum limit of $1500.

Alternatively, after logging into your account via the Web Wallet at zip.co, click on 'Account Limit increase' from the menu on the top left-hand side.
If you are using the Zip app simply follow the below steps:
In the app
- Sign in and select settings (bottom right-hand corner)
- Click 'Manage Zip Pay'
- Click the 'Credit limit' option
We are unfortunately not able to process requests for a limit increase via phone or email so please refer to your wallet/app for direction.
Please note: you may be eligible for a credit limit increase if there has been a minimum of 6 months from your first purchase on your Zip Pay account.

We will be frequently reviewing eligibility for an increase so keep an eye out in your wallet to see if you are eligible to apply.
