Yes, you may increase your Zip Pay credit limit if:
- You are not already at the maximum limit of $2000, or
- You have received a notification confirming your eligibility for an increase.
Please click the link in the notification to accept your new credit limit.
To see if you are eligible for a credit limit increase simply follow the below steps:
In the app:
- Sign in and tap on your profile icon (top right-hand corner)
- Tap 'Manage Zip Pay account'
- Tap 'Credit limit'
- You will be advised whether you are currently eligible
In the web wallet:
- Log into your account via the Web Wallet at zip.co,
- Click on the three lines in the top left corner to open the menu
- Click on 'Account limit increase' from the menu
- You will be advised whether you are currently eligible
We are unfortunately not able to manually request limit increases via phone or email so please refer to your wallet/app for increases on Zip Pay.
What if I am not eligible for a limit increase?
We frequently review eligibility for an increase so keep an eye out in your wallet to see if you are eligible to apply, a strong repayment history will be beneficial to your assessment.
