If your scheduled repayment fails it is your responsibility to stay up to date. We may reattempt your scheduled repayments, but we recommend you make an additional repayment to avoid fees.
If you don't repay the minimum monthly repayment amount each month (or the remaining balance if less), a late fee of $5 for Zip Pay or $15 for Zip Money will be charged 21 days after your contractual due date. Please refer to your contract to determine the exact amount due each month.
Dishonour fees apply to Zip Money accounts only. If your repayment is rejected by your bank a $5 dishonour fee will be applied to your account.
Please note: a poor repayment history may have an effect on your credit score in the future.
