If your scheduled payment fails, we'll reattempt the payment the following business day.
If you don't pay the minimum payment each month (or the remaining balance if less), a late fee of $5 for Zip Pay and $15 for Zip Money will be charged 21 days after your contractual due date. Please refer to your contract to determine the exact amount due each month.
Dishonour fees apply to Zip Money accounts only. If your payment is rejected by your bank a $10 dishonour fee will be applied to your account.
Please note: a poor repayment history may have an effect on your credit score in the future.
