Setting or updating your Zip Plus repayment schedule is quick and easy, and it's a great way to stay in control of your repayments.

How to Update Your Repayment Schedule:
- Log in to your Zip app
- Tap the ‘Home’ tab at the bottom
- Select your Zip Plus account
- Tap ‘Edit Repayments’
- Choose your preferred repayment schedule type:
- Choose your repayments
- Autopay (This option sets your repayment to automatically repay your Closing balance in full)
- Adjust your frequency or repayment amount to suit your preference.
- Tap ‘Continue’ and then ‘Confirm’.
Important things to keep in mind:
Any changes you make will apply to your future repayments only.
You can still make extra repayments at any time using the “Pay Now” or “Make an extra repayment” options.
Please Note: You cannot reduce your repayment schedule amount to be less than your contractual minimum monthly requirement.
If you change your schedule, it will take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect, meaning same day changes won't apply.
