If you're experiencing any difficulties logging into the dashboard, we recommend that you try the following steps:
- Ensure you are using the correct email to login (check your email for the original welcome email from Zip)
- Head to merchant.zip.co and click ‘Forgot Your Password'
- Enter the email address you use to log in to receive a reset password link (if you do not receive this within 10 minutes, please ensure you check your spam or junk folders)
- Follow the prompts in the email to set a new password and login.
If you have any issues with the reset link, please try using a different device or browser to open it. Please also be aware that the link expires after 24 hours.
If you continue to have issues, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browsers cookies and cache, if you are not sure how to do so, you can find it under 'help' for most browsers.
- Try a different browser, we recommend using Google Chrome.
- Use a private (‘incognito’) browser.
- Try using a different device.
