- Check your spam or junk folder for the verification email.
- Ensure your phone has network coverage and is able to receive SMS messages.

If you’ve lost access to the email or phone number linked to your account, our Merchant Services team can help to update your details and verify your account manually. The best way to contact our team about this is to call us or send us an email.
