What is a payout figure?
A payout figure is the total balance owing on your Zip account. This includes any accrued interest (interest is not applicable to Zip Pay accounts).
Where can I find my payout figure?
- Your payout figure can be found on the home page of the Zip App or website.
- If you have a Zip Plus or Zip Money account that has started accruing interest, you can find your payout figure in the Zip app by tapping on the relevant tile.
Please Note: If your payout figure is higher than your current balance, this is due to interest that has accrued. Interest is calculated daily and charged at the end of each month.
Making repayments with BPAY
To confirm your BPAY details, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account via the Zip app
2. Tap on the product tile
3. Tap “Pay Extra”
4. Tap “Pay using BPAY”
You will be able to see more information on using BPAY to pay on your Zip account from there.
