You can update your mobile number and email in the Zip app by:
- Open your Zip app
- Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right of the 'Home' tab
- Tap on 'Personal details'
- Tap on the pencil to the right of your current active mobile number
- You will then be asked to enter your new mobile number and will need to complete an SMS verification step.
Please note: if you are unable to log in to your Zip account to update your details due to not having access to your previous number, please follow these steps, here.
To update your mobile number through a web browser please:
Once you are logged into your account, simply click the menu icon in the top left-hand corner and select "Personal details".
