To update your mobile and email in the Zip app by:
- Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right of the 'Home' tab
- Tap on 'Personal details'
- Tap on the pencil to the right of your current active mobile number
- You will then be asked to enter your new mobile number and will need to complete an SMS verification step
To update your mobile number in the Web Wallet, please:
Once you are logged into your account, simply click the menu icon in the top left-hand corner and select "Personal details".
