From 31 July 2023, the account fee for Zip Pay and Zip Money customers will be increased to $9.95 per month.
As a reminder, customers won’t pay the monthly account fee if they pay their respective statement closing balance (Zip Pay) or outstanding balance (Zip Money), in full, by the due date.
What do you need to do?
Update all Zip disclaimers displayed on your channels, including, but not limited, to website, in store or marketing material in line with the Partner Marketing Guidelines.
- If you have Zip hosted online assets, these will automatically be updated, so there’s nothing you need to do. Setup Zip hosted online assets.
- If you have non-hosted Zip assets, you will need to manually make these changes across your assets before 4 July 2023.
Order replacement instore material

- Follow the link to 'Order now' and select the best material for your store
As part of your merchant service agreement, you are required to ensure all Zip product information across your site is accurate. Below are updated product disclaimers to be added to your ecommerce sites and marketing material.
Failing to do so can result in termination of the service with Zip or result in regulatory action by ASIC to both your business and Zip.
The easiest way to ensure your site is always up to date and maintains regulatory compliance is to switch to Zip hosted assets. This is a quick, seamless (and free!) process, especially if you are using an ecommerce platform.
If you have non-hosted Zip assets, you will need to manually make these changes across your assets before 4 July 2023.
