To be eligible to apply for Zip Pay or Zip Money, you must meet the below criteria:

- You're at least 18 years old.
- An Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Have a verified PayPal or online banking account in your own name.
- Have a good credit history.
- Have a valid Australian Driver’s Licence or Passport
- Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number.

- Employed in some capacity (certain pensions may also be accepted).
- Earn more than $300 of primary income per week.
- Have a valid Australian Driver's Licence or Passport*.
- Have a good credit history.
- Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number.
