To update the ownership details:
- Log in to your Merchant Dashboard
- On the left side of your dashboard, click on Settings > Account
- Under “Business Information” you will see “Change of Ownership”
- Fill in the new director/owner’s email address
- Adjust the “First date of new ownership” then click Send Form.
Upon receiving your request, we'll provide the new owner with a form to complete, and confirm the merchant account will be transferred with the current owner.
We'll let you know as soon as we've completed the update.
For your security, please be aware that we'll only send the form to the admin email address currently listed on file.
