If you have additional store locations that you would like to add to your existing Zip merchant account, you can submit the request in the Zip Merchant Dashboard.
- Log in to your Merchant Dashboard
- On the left side of your dashboard click on Settings > Account
- Under “Branch Information” Click on “Add new branch” and select a merchant or franchise branch
- Complete the form to update your details
Please make sure to complete the correct form to ensure disbursements are sent to the relevant entity.
Once this has been done, we will create a new branch(es) with a separate dashboard user for each.
Please note, if you have a new business and it's newly registered under a different entity, you will need to apply for a separate merchant account, which you can do here.
