If you're having trouble finding your digital Gift Card email in your inbox, please follow these steps:
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- On rare occasions, it can take up to 30mins for the Gift Card to arrive in your inbox.
- Confirm the email address associated with your Zip account is correct. Your Gift Card is automatically sent to this email. If you don't have access to this email anymore and the Gift Card is unused, please submit a form here so we can update the email address on your Zip account and resend the Gift Card.
- If the email or SMS was blank or is missing the link to the Gift Card or you still can't find the email, please fill out the following form here.
Please note: We can only resend the Gift Card to the email linked to the Zip account used to purchased the Gift Card. If you purchased the Gift Card for a friend, please enter the email linked to your Zip account and we will resend the Gift Card to you, from there you can forward it to the intended recipient.
