If you cannot locate the email with your digital gift card in your inbox after purchasing, please follow the below steps:
- Check your junk mail or spam folder.
- Confirm the email associated with your Zip account is correct as the gift card is automatically sent to that email.
If you still can't locate the email or your digital gift card has been sent to the incorrect email address, please fill out the following form here.
Please note: We can only resend the Gift Card to the email linked to the Zip account that originally bought the card. If you have purchased the Gift Card for a friend, please enter the email linked to your Zip account and we will resend the Gift Card to you, from there you will need to forward it to the intended recipient.
