To update your merchant settlement payment details, please submit your request to our Merchant Experience team here.
Upon receiving your request, we'll email you a form to securely collect the new details. Once these have been reviewed and updated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note, until we have confirmed the update, any purchases placed during this time will be paid and invoiced to the details currently on file.
For your security, please be aware that we'll only send the form to the authorised email address currently listed on your merchant account.
