How do I add a bank card to my Zip account?
You can remove an eligible payment method to your Zip account using your Zip App, or via the web browser here.
Once you've logged in:
- In the top right corner tap on the Profile icon
- Select 'Manage Zip account' (Select the account you would like to update).
- Click 'Payment methods'
- Click on the 3 dots on the right of the payment method you would like to remove.
- Select 'Remove this payment method”
- Your card has now been successfully removed.
Important: You won’t be able to remove a payment method if it’s the only one on your account
To remove a card from your account, at least one valid payment method must remain on file. If you currently have only one repayment method on file and need to remove, follow these steps here to add a a new payment method.
Once the new card is added and active, you’ll be able to remove the old one.
