In order to remove a card from your account, you will need to replace it with another payment method. To view the available payment methods, click here.
- Navigate to the HOME screen on your Zip app
- Select your account tile (Zip Pay/Zip Money)
- In the top right corner click "Manage"
- Select the change payment method
- Once you have added a new card to your account you will be able to remove any old cards by selecting the icon to the right, next to your old card.
- Select remove this payment method.
