How do I add a bank card to my Zip account?

You can add an eligible payment method to your Zip account using your Zip App, or via the web browser at https://account.zipmoney.com.au.

Once you've logged in:

1. Navigate to the HOME screen on your Zip app
2. Select your account tile (Zip Pay/Zip Money)
3. In the top right corner click "Manage"
4. Select the change payment method
5. Enter your nominated card details (please note that credit cards can only be added to Zip Pay accounts).
6. Be sure to set it as the default (see below)

7. Click SAVE.

Your card should now be added!

Please ensure that the card you are attempting to add has sufficient funds for us to pre-authorise $1-$5.

How do I remove a bank card from my account?

To remove a card from your account, you will need to replace it with another payment method:

1. Navigate to the HOME screen on your Zip app
2. Select your account tile (Zip Pay/Zip Money)
3. In the top right corner click "Manage"
4. Select the change payment method icon  
5. Once you have added a new card to your account you will be able to remove any old cards by selecting the icon to the right, next to your old card
6. Select remove this payment method.
