You can add a bank account (BSB & Account Number) to your Zip Money and Zip Plus account, however we do not accept bank details as a payment method for Zip Pay accounts at this time.
Note: Payments made from bank accounts will take 3 - 5 business days to clear. If you choose to use a bank account please ensure you leave enough time for payments to fully clear before your repayment due date to avoid falling into arrears.
How do I add banking details to my account:
You can update your payment on the Zip App by following the instructions below:
- On the home page, tap on the profile icon
- Tap 'Manage Zip account'
- Tap 'Payment methods'
- Select 'Add payment method'
- Tap 'Link a bank account'
- Enter your bank account details; ensure there are no spaces in you BSB and Account Number
- Click SAVE.
Note: To set this as your primary payment method, tap on the 'Set as default' toggle so that it appears purple.
