You can manage your ZMobile plan, update your personal details or change your payment method through the ZMobile dashboard via your web login page or in your Zip app. Please follow the steps below.
ZMobile Web Login
The ZMobile web login is here, please log in to your online dashboard to view or make changes to your plan. If you signed up for ZMobile through the website, you cannot manage your account through the Zip app.

- Open the Zip app or sign in here.
- Select Manage your ZMobile plan from the homepage.
- Select the option you need and follow the prompts.
The ZMobile support chatbot is available 24/7 in both web and Zip app dashboards.
