BPAY payments can take up to 5 business days to process, please wait this timeframe before raising an enquiry.
Please contact your Biller for any refund or if you are trying to locate a payment. The Biller will have visibility over the actual payment of funds, Zip only functions as the payment method.
If you have not made an attempt to contact the Biller, we may not be able to proceed with the dispute.
Processing BPAY Refunds
When you use external credit facilities such as Zip to make a billing payment, the processing time for this payment to be returned will take a longer period given there are external bank accounts involved. We thank you for your patience, and if we receive the payment, it will be refunded to your account at the earliest convenience.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the funds to be returned as each Biller will have a different refund processing time.
