- Your order total is over AU $5,000
- You've selected a delivery address outside of Australia
- Your order includes items from excluded categories (see list of categories below)
- You're using an old version of the eBay app (please update your app)

Zip isn’t available as a payment method for the following items or categories:
- Coins > Virtual Currency (all)
- Collectables > Knives, Swords & Blades
- Collectable Fixed Blade Knives (all)
- Collectable Folding Knives (all)
- Daggers
- Machetes
- Spears & Spear Heads
- Swords & Sabres (all)
- Tactical Axes & Hatchets
- TV, Film & Game Replica Blades
- Other Collectable Blades
- Gift Cards & Vouchers (all)
If you have any items in your cart which are not eligible to be paid for using Zip, Zip will be grayed out on the checkout page and a message will appear saying:
“One or more of your items is from a category where this payment method isn't available. Please pay for these items separately, or select a different payment option.”
