How can customers find me?

To help customers find you on our store directory, you can upload your business details via your dashboard.

Please note, in order to upload your business to our store directory via your dashboard you will need to have “Admin” level access.

1. Login to your Zip Dashboard
2. Click 'Settings'>'Store Categories'
3. Select up to 3 primary categories and 30 sub-categories that best fit your business
4. Click 'Save'

After you’ve submitted the categories, our team will confirm the details. You’ll receive a confirmation email when this occurs.

Your store tile will appear once you've made your first transaction with Zip. Please allow 24 hours for the directory to update, after this occurs.
