Any refund for a purchase made with a Single-use card needs to come from the merchant you shopped with.
To request a refund, please reach out to the merchant and provide them with the last four digits of the Single-use card.
You can find these in your recent activity tab, located underneath your purchase details, within the Zip App or Web Wallet.
After the merchant has refunded the purchase, the credit will be returned to your Zip account.
