Where do Single-use card purchases show in my account?

Once you have completed a purchase using a Single-use card, you will be able to review the details of the payment under 'Activity' within your Zip account. To find your recent activity, click here for Zip Pay or here for Zip Money. 

Alternatively, to locate the purchase activity within the Zip App or Web Wallet please follow the below guide:

Zip App:

1. Open the Zip App.
2. Select 'Home' located on the bottom banner of your screen.
3. Select the relevant account (either Zip Pay or Zip Money) depending on which account was used at checkout.
4. Scroll to 'Activity' located below your available funds.

Zip Website:

1. Sign in to your account via the Zip Website Internet browser)
2. Select the relevant account (either Zip Pay or Zip Money) depending on which account was used at checkout.
3. Select 'Recent activity' located below your available funds.
