Zip Money instalments | Making Repayments

IMPORTANT: The Instalment feature will no longer be available from 24 March 2026. If you currently have an instalment balance you will have received communication from Zip notifying you of the transfer to Flex schedule. You can learn more about the Flex repayment schedule here.

Repayments - All purchases on Instalments:

You can repay your total owing balance for all purchases on instalments in the Zip app by following the instructions below:

1. From the Home Page, select your Zip Money account
2. Scroll down and select 'Manage Instalments'
3. Select 'Pay Balance' located at the top of the page

Individual Purchases:

To repay the remaining balance for an individual instalment purchase in the Zip app, please follow the instructions below:

1. From the Home Page, select your Zip Money account
2. Scroll down and select 'Manage Instalments'
3. Select the order you wish to repay the remaining balance for
4. Select 'Make a repayment', located at the bottom of the page
5. Select 'Order balance' and follow the repayment method prompts
