If you have already approved an order, but it is pending it means that the merchant you are shopping with has not yet completed the order. They may leave it in this state until they are ready to deliver the product to you. If you have already received the order, please contact the merchant and ask them to complete the order on their end.
Similarly, if you wish for the order to be completed immediately (and begin your repayments), we advise contacting the company directly, as they will be able to action this for you.
If you have a pending order from a Single-use card purchase, chances are it's totally normal as it can take 3-5 business days for the merchant to process these payments completely.
If the merchant fails to complete the order, the pending funds will be released back to your account after a maximum of 9 days.
Similarly, a Tap & Zip purchase may sit in a pending state for a period of 5 business days, once the merchant captures the funds the purchase value will be added to your owing balance.
