How do I make a claim?

In the Zip App!

1. Navigate to the 'Pay' tab
2. Tap on 'Buy Product Protection'
   
   
   
3. Select your policy
4. On the policy page, you will see an option to 'Make a claim'
   

All claims are handled by our partner, XCover. The online claim form will guide you through this process and the dedicated claims team at XCover aims to complete 95% of claims within 3 days of lodgement. Keep an eye on your emails for further instructions once you've lodged your claim.

There may be a small excess (capped at $100) applicable when making a claim. You can view your policy wording in your XCover Account.
