In the Zip App!
- Navigate to the 'Pay' tab
- Tap on 'Buy Product Protection'
- Select your policy
- On the policy page, you will see an option to 'Make a claim'
All claims are handled by our partner, XCover. The online claim form will guide you through this process and the dedicated claims team at XCover aims to complete 95% of claims within 3 days of lodgement. Keep an eye on your emails for further instructions once you've lodged your claim.
There may be a small excess (capped at $100) applicable when making a claim. You can view your policy wording in your XCover Account.
