In your XCover account you can cancel or make changes to your policy by;
- Selecting the policy
- Clicking on Cancel/Modify then following the instructions.
The rules for making changes differ based on your country and protection so you may find that you’re unable to make the change that you want.
Examples can include changes to the name of the insured, removing or adding new names to the policy or transferring your protection to someone else. Your changes may also result in an additional charge or, depending on your protection, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
