Zip Business Trade and Zip Business Trade Plus are being closed as of 1 September 2022.
From 5 July 2022, Zip will no longer be accepting new applications for Zip Business Trade or Trade Plus Accounts.
31 August 2022 is the last day that Customers with active Zip Business Trade or Trade Plus accounts in good standing can transact using these Accounts.
What happens after 1 September if I still have an outstanding balance on my account?
Your obligations under your Contract will continue until you pay us the total amount owing on the Account (including fees, charges and other amounts you become liable to pay under the Contract, including those which have not yet been debited to your Zip Business Trade or Trade Plus Account). Only when you have paid the Outstanding Balance in full will your Zip Business Trade or Trade Plus Contract be terminated.
What if I have a Zip Pay, Zip Money, Accept Zip Payments or Zip Business Capital account?
These products are not affected by this change. They are our core Zip offerings, and we will continue to support and improve these services going forward.
How can I download my transaction history for tax?
We recommend downloading and saving your transaction history by logging into your account here. Here you can download an EOFY report, or select a date range to download. If you no longer have access to your account and need transaction history, please contact customer support.
