If a gift card purchase has been redeemed without your knowledge/approval please follow the below steps:
- Remove any malicious and remote access software from your device.
- Update your email password as well as Zip account password and employ additional security measures that your email domain may provide like two-factor authentication.
- Lodge a dispute with our Gift card provider Prezzee via the following email address: email@example.com (only if the Gift card was purchased through Prezzee).
Once the above is completed please get in contact with our Customer Experience Team as soon as you can.
Zip has a dedicated Fraud and Security team who will do as much as possible to investigate and resolve the issue.
