Zip will notify you if an instalment fails at any time on your Zip Money account, to pay a missed instalment simply login to the Zip app, go to your Zip Money account, tap on the purchase within the “Instalments” section of the 'Upcoming Repayments' tab to view the instalment details, and then tap ‘Pay’.
If you have multiple purchases on instalments on your Zip Money account the above step will need to be completed for each individual purchase.
