If a subscription payment fails the associated Zip card will be cancelled.
To generate a new Zip card select the “HOME” located at the bottom of the app screen and tap "Pay subscriptions".
Prior to adding your new Zip card, you will need to ensure sufficient funds are available in your Zip Pay account.
For example, if your subscription fee is $14 and you have an available balance of $10 an additional payment of $4 will be required.
Once sufficient funds are available in your Zip Pay account the new Zip card can then be added to the subscription service. A manual payment using the Zip subscription card is then required to reactivate the service.
