Please call us to report your phone lost or stolen, so we can suspend your card for you.
If you have not enabled any tracking on your device, your device can not be located.
Please follow the below steps to ensure the safety of your device if it is lost:
- Report your lost or stolen device to local law enforcement.
- Law enforcement might request the serial number of your device.
- Report your lost or stolen device to your mobile carrier. Your carrier can disable the account, preventing phone calls, texts and data use.
- Remove your lost or stolen device from your list of trusted devices.
