If you are requesting a refund for a purchase made with your Tap & Zip card, the first point of contact will be the retailer the purchase was made from.
After a refund has been placed, please allow up to 5 days for this amount to return to your Zip account.
If the retailer declines a refund, a dispute may be raised with Zip to investigate the purchase. This chargeback process may take up to 32 days to be completed.
