If your scheduled payment fails then we will attempt to take any overdue amount the following business day.
If you do not pay the minimum payment each month, we may apply a late fee of 1.5% after 21 days. Please refer to your contract to determine the exact amount due each month. Long term this may also have an effect on your credit score.
Please note: If your account is currently overdue, you will not be able to make a purchase until the overdue amount has been paid off. Also, if your account is overdue, we will try and draw from your primary payment method linked to your account. If you have missed a payment and you are unable to clear the overdue amount, please get in touch with our team and we can assist further.
