How much is required?
We give you one account for all of your purchases, with only one repayment schedule to manage!
The minimum monthly repayment is the statement balance, unless you opt to activate Part Pay.
When is my repayment due?
We'll send you a statement at the start of each month. This will provide a summary of any purchases you made during the month prior and your closing balance. You'll then have until the end of the month to pay off your balance in full.
If you'd prefer to take extra time to pay off your balance, it's no problem - you can activate Part Pay. You'll just need to pay the monthly minimum of 1/4 of the statement balance, and a 2.5% account fee will be added to your balance for the following month.
For example: If you make two purchases in February, you'll receive a statement on March 1st showing how much you owe for these two purchases. You'll then have until March 31st to pay this amount in full or elect to Part Pay. Any purchases you make during March will appear on the April statement and are therefore due by end of April.
If you don't meet your minimum monthly repayments within 21 days after the Due Date, a 1.5% late fee will be added to your account.
How is the repayment made?
This will automatically come from your linked debit or credit card and run until your account balance is $0. If you don't owe anything, of course, the scheduled payments won't run.
Important: You can make additional payments at any time, and there are no early repayment penalties. Just be aware that additional payments won’t stop or replace your scheduled payments unless you manually change your payment schedule.
What happens if a scheduled payment fails?
If your scheduled payment has failed, we'll let you know via email. If that then means you are behind with your payments (less than the minimum monthly amount) we will try again automatically the following day.
