If you believe that your account has been compromised please get in contact with us as soon as you can and we will do what we can to investigate the issue.
In the meantime, we strongly advise you to complete the following:
- Update your email password and employ additional security measures that your email domain may provide like two-factor authentication.
- Update your Zip password by using the forgot password function.
- Review all online account information, keeping an eye out for anything suspicious (we would advise checking your deleted emails folder).
- As a precautionary measure, we would also advise you to update your passwords on any of your social media accounts, PayPal account and your internet banking, if applicable. This is especially relevant if you use the same or similar password across your accounts.
