If you have additional store locations that you would like to add to your existing Zip merchant account, please send an email to our Merchant Experience team below.
Upon receiving your request, we'll provide you with a form to complete, advising us of the details for the new location(s).
Once this has been done, we will create a new branch(es) with a separate dashboard user to for each.
If you have launched a new website under the same ABN and Legal Entity, you may also reach out to us to complete this form. We will create a new merchant account with a new set of API keys to integrate the new website.
For your security, please be aware that we'll only send the form to the email address currently listed on file.
Please note, if you have a new business and it's newly registered under a different entity, you will need to apply for a separate merchant account, which you can do here.
